DOC AB ANNOUNCES ITS NEW BOARD LINE-UP 

Congratulations to DOC Alberta member, Rosie Dransfeld, for winning the Donald Brittain Award for best Social-Political documentary at this year’s Gemini Awards for her film “Broke.”

Come and attend our AGM - exercise your right to vote, say farewell to outgoing board members and welcome the new faces that will represent DOC-AB.

On March 18th, DOC-AB held its AGM at FAVA-Film and Video Arts Society Alberta. The board delivered various reports. During our first official year, we offered 7 Screenings and Social Events and 2 workshops. We enjoyed a membership of 51 people and our lobbying committee established a presence within the province.
