DOC is reacting cautiously to the CRTC's new approach to group-based television licensing. Although most of the focus of mainstream media has been on the Commission's decision regarding fee-for-carriage, yesterday's decision sets the stage for the next licence renewals, now set for late summer and early fall of 2011.
